  2. Hey Dai. They're from a book called Incunabula - it's a collection of images found in Francis Bacon's studio following his death. Great collection of images, particularly his images of mouths (which he was obsessed with). The top image is from a book of 3D photographs taken in Africa in the 1940s, the bottom is from the cover of a book on the Lascaux cave paintings (it looks like a Keeper of Secrets studying a thin bony hand).

  4. I have indeed - busy innit. Bit if time off to finish these miniatures for the thing in October (which I have to keep quiet about until after the date), then can crack on again.

  5. must of missed this update.. interesting stuff as usual mate .. i once did an outdoor stone art workshop .. and used the lascaux paintings as a guide.. i still have that picture of the bison.. well i think i do..
